-Fine Mesh Strainer
-USWM Petite Ribeye (8oz-or more)
-Triple Filtered .9 Gall Tallow bucket - reuse .45 Gall 15X

-Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
-IR Thermometer
-Poke Type Thermometer
GET COOKING:
-Pull your steak from the freezer to the fridge 24 hrs. prior.
-Melt Tallow in the Pot over the induction at Max Temp (takes 10 minutes).
-Transfer to Fryer - THEN set at Max T to reach 400 (takes 5 minutes).
-Immerse Steak for 3+ minutes (approx) to exceed 250° internal T (flip at the halfway point). Add your Salt and PRESTO!:
As quick as 6 MINUTE CLEANING:
-Pour Oil Back into the pot BEFORE it hardens.
-Use plenty of paper towels and hot water.
